Objective:
For when customers cannot be added to Y2 due to the error below.


This issue has happened a few times to our customers (here: [#29156] 951 - Unable to create new customer in Y2 : GOC Retail (comactivity.com.au) )


Essentially, the store will be unable to add new customers, as there will be some ghost inputs that prevent the customer code from being created (screenshots from ticket #29156):


SOLUTION:
Closing and reopening Y2 completely seems to resolve this issue.
Issue most likely caused by staff not closing down the application for extended periods of time, only performing the register closing procedure.
