Issue:
At times Y2 doesn’t integrate receipt after it is back Online. One reason could be the receipt is already integrated in the backend or the integration is interrupted midway or there is a clash. As the result the store will be unable to close the register for the day.
Workaround:
The suggestion is to clear the standalone files as below to clear the already integrated receipts. This will delete the offending files, but it is important that the sale is then manually re-added once back online, as this sale will be lost.
This task should be completed by support or by an administrator only, not store staff.
· Close FO
· Go to the C:\ProgramData\Cegid in windows explorer
· Rename FOS5 folder to FOS5.old (this just clears the entire folder structure to Y2 and forces re-download of all data
· Restart Front office
· Now try to close the register which should work.
