Basically we have the following types of users created in Y2 Back office


Users:

    

Generic users- used for Front office Register login

Other users- includes Super admins, Admins, sales managers etc


Salesperson: Store users using POS 


Users Password reset


BO> Administration>Users and access> Users. select to open the user record for password change.



Tick to validate changes.


Salesperson Password Reset


BO>Basic data> Store staff or Sales representatives. Double click to open the selected user for password change

Initialize password  

Note: Change password is possible only if you know the user old password. Tick to validate changes
