Password set up for a salesperson depends on the Store configuration for a company.

At Store level, we have the following different security configuration for a Salesperson:

Authentication of salesperson unticked- enables user to enter straight into the POS without the need of credentials

Security levels:

Code entry: Salesperson enters his 4/5 digit code to access POS. No need of any password. This security level is specific only on the store where it is configured for access. The user will still have to enter ( code and password) for other stores which they have access to.

Security identification at input- User prompted to enter password at the time of product entry in POS. This is useful when it comes to return repairs that is handled by a different salesperson

Security identification in document header- User prompted to input password at the time of document creation for e.g Creation of sales receipt
